  1. Hey Jen! Oh how I have missed you so much! I recently had cholecystetomy surgery and am finally at home recovering and recuperating. I'm catching up on all that I missed and was so excited to see you're still going strong with your videos. You go girl! As always thank you for sharing and please keep me in your prayers. Thanks💜

  2. Love the way you let Conner cook. You can see how good it made him feel to contribute to cooking dinner. This is the best way to pass down recipes by letting your children help and being relaxed like you.

  3. My husband doesn’t like the taco seasoning packets so we just use chopped green Chile’s & onions and salt & pepper in our ground beef for tacos..

  4. Hey Jen! I’m sure this question has been asked before, but what kind of cookware (pot) did you use to cook the rotini pasta in? I loved the white color. Thanks!

  5. We love breakfast for dinner too. My family really likes pancakes and french toast, which aren't exactly low carb friendly so I make some "banana pancakes" for me using a mashed banana, 2 eggs, and 1/4 tsp of baking powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Mix up and pour into small (2.5") pancakes. Flip after 1 minute and cook the other side. They are AMAZING with blueberries and sliced strawberries.

  6. The stroganoff meatballs look amazing! I always always have potatoes, bread, rice, and bacon, and rice. An exhausting day got to is breakfast for dinner. If I’m the one exhausted it’s fried eggs and bacon (my husband does them so much better than me), but if it’s both of us it’s scrambled eggs and toast.
