  2. oh no, that white steamed chicken in the first recipe maybe good, but a crispy brown and tender chicken is waaaay better, just pre heat your pan until you see some oil vapor and put the chicken there with the lid open, cook for about 5 min then flip, after just minutes put the lid to finish cooking the chicken, and then add the sauce

    trust me, its another level
