  3. Great looking recipe, but the use of olive oil in an Asian recipe has me side-eyeing you. First, olive oil isn't neutral in taste and can clash with Asian flavors and second, it has a low smoke point. Two reasons for NOT using it in Asian cooking.

  4. Hey, just wanted to pop in for a comment. We have made this dish about 4 times and it is fabulous. Such depth of flavor, the sauce is perfect! Made it tonight with broccoli and carrots for the family, they munched it up. Love your recipes, always so good and I learn more every time I make them. Many thanks.

  5. Hey couple of things;

    1) wok would be better than a frying pan for stir fried noodles surely?

    2) I get the health benefits of olive oil but it has such a low smoke point. Those vegetables should be stir fried on a high heat. You would be better off frying in ground nut oil for stir fry’s because olive oil would just smoke!
