  1. Just finished the Asian meatballs…you are outstanding! You “deliver” just as your instructions say. The flavor is bold and spicy but not too strong. Absolutely quick and easy and so flavorful! I’m beginning to enjoy great success with your recipes! See you soon.

  3. For those of us allergic to fish and seafood, and therefore not able to have anchovy paste, what would you suggest using to replace it and still keep the umami flavour? Thanks!

  4. Made the Asian Inspired Meatballs this weekend. I used ground chicken 'cause that's what I had on hand (don't do turkey here 'cause my son doesn't like it). They turned out incredibly well. I wanted to try these 'cause I love Asian flavours. However, I was unsure how I would take to them 'cause I've never cooked with ground chicken (surprise, I know!) . They turned out incredibly well. The sauce was phenomenal and my favourite part – the chili garlic sauce makes it and I honestly don't think the heat was overpowering! I'll definitely be making these again, but don't know how soon they will get into the rotation again 'cause I have so many of your recipes I want to try! 👍😊

  5. I've so many ideas now on meatball meals! Thank you to everyone. For those who don't have time to make the meatballs from scratch, you might try frozen meatballs. I'm trying the frozen variety today and will let you know how it works out. Of course, they won't come close to Sara Lynn's, but can do in a pinch.

Omg that’s really creative and sounds so amazing. I think that would be a good one for me to try first if I were making these! Although I would eat all three recipes to be honest ! Lol.

  7. Ok. I salivated over the French onion meatballs. So I made them. I searched for Gruyere. Could only find SMOKED gruyere.

  8. Usually when I think of meatballs I think of red meat and I stopped eating red meat but the title photo was like NO this is not no regular meatball TRY ME YUMMY 😋 thanks for giving us people with dietary restrictions some diversity ☺️

    I have an idea for you.
    Now that everyone is in quarantine, maybe it's useful to make some instructions about which foods you can buy that can be preserved longer and also some recipes to go with it.
    Foods that will boost your immune system so your body is equipped to fight of a disease incase if you catch the coronavirus. Maybe dried foods like beans, chickpeas, peas etc.
    Also which fresh greens can be frozen…and also how to properly defrost them if necessary.
