  4. I've been making the stuffed pepper skillet for years. I chopped red peppers into smaller pieces because hat's the only way I could get my son to eat it (he thought the red peppers were tomato) and he loves it this way. Now that he's older he knows my secret but still loves it.

  6. OH MY GOD OKRA????? IS THAT WHAT QUIABO IS CALLED IN ENGLISH???? I was 100% sure you guys didn't even know what quiabo was! It's very common in Brazilian cooking (cook it with tomatoes, you'll love it!) I am so so happy, I thought North Americans didn't even know this existed and now I hear it's part of traditional North American cooking? Yeesss!
    (btw if you want to learn how to say it in Brazilian Portuguese, it's "quiabo" = kee-ah-bo)
