  1. How about a meal plan for those suffering : crohns, irritable bowl syndrome, and the other intestinal diseases out there? How about using food that is cheap and available everywhere like at one store? Disabled people are on low budget and some can't drive or have transportation to go to three stores in one day. Some of us get to only go shopping once a month. Some of us do not have the energy to go to more than one store either. This is just a suggestion because with these types of sites we are forgotten.

    The only drawback is that you Americans talk too fast, maybe it's from American culture, but the video gets heavy.

  5. This recipe is delicious but there is still a little worry.

    When you put the chicken for 5 to 10 minutes with the vegetables, in the end the chicken skin is no longer crispy!

  6. One question I have is on the Smoky Spanish Chicken Thighs is that the total cook time seems to be about 15 minutes. These are bone in, skin on chicken thighs and it worries me that might not be enough time to cook through. Even when I oven bake them at a high temperature it is still taking nearly 45 minutes.

  9. Those look scrummy, all three.  I've tried getting onto the healthy meal plans web-site a few times, but can't seem to get past like, a half-screen of logo come up and nothing else.  I'm in Australia, Are there any issues with Australia getting your meal-plans website?
