Have you tried the "Ass Kickin" brand of hot sauces? I highly recommend the garlic flavored one as it goes with soups, stews, pastas, salads, eggs, steaks, chicken, subs, you name it. However it is MUCH hotter than Frank's is but the taste is incredible.
I tried the beans soup today and 45 minutes were not enough. The beans were still a bit hard, but I did the quick release. Maybe letting the pressure release on its own would've been better. Any insights?

Do you guys ever do any vegan recipes? My family is really trying to eat less meat & dairy but I think almost every video I’ve seen so far here has meat and/or cheese in it. Not judging, I just want more ideas. 🙂
Just Wooster sauce here in the UK (I live very near the county of Worcestershire) The counties in this area are known as the shires but pronounced shear after name so Herefordshire, Bedfordshire, Shropshire, Gloucestershire etc are all pronounced as shear at the end.

If you really want the bean soup to be vegetarian, make sure to use vegetable broth instead of the chicken broth used in the recipe.
I think you should wash those beans first. They are always full of dirt. And the carrots, too.

When cooking beans it is best to add salt at the end as salt can make the beans tough when added at the beginning of cooking.
@Six Sisters' Stuff If I am using a different pressure cooker is the manual setting equivalent high pressure or low pressure?
The bean soup looks good but when beans are in a bag I was always told to wash the beans.
Pro tip the hole in the cutting board was meant to help you slide your chopped veggies and it be controlled instead of going every where.

You need to go through the beans first and look for little pebbles.

The 15 bean soup is NOT vegetarian as you have put chicken stock in. Get it right.
