  1. Thanks for sharing your ideas. I was wondering if you have meal preps with the same set of ingredients cooked in different ways. I like to buy the same set of ingredients in a week,, in order not to waste food and also to be efficient with my time. If you’re busy, live alone, and cook for yourself, it’s sometimes challenging to use up all the ingredients you bought and keep them fresh for a long period. I hate to throw food away, but I end up doing so. If I can cook a few easy dishes with the same set of ingredients , have them prepared in a day, and store them in the fridge, that would the ideal scenario.
