  2. I've been a vegetarian for quite some time now the most common thing people say is ' you need protein from meat to build muscles'! I tell them there are plenty other plant based alternatives plus grains and legumes. But my favourite comment is , " How do you explain a thoroughbred and a gorilla nothing but pure lean solid muscle on a plant based diet"! 🤔😏

  6. If u want to loose weight avoid oil. Oil turns to fat when mixed with starch. "Plant-based" means nothing processed. Plant-based vegan? Redundant. Good plan though for vegans. Im just hunting down a good meal prep plan. Thx for sharing.
