Hi Luke ,these recipes are so useful and really healthy. I adore how you easily you narrate in such a great way. Those muffins are a great combination,so good Also how it is worthwhile making all these in advance. Thank you so very much. Much happiness to you and Zara too.
Wow, these look amazing. ❤️ Breakfast food is my favourite & I’m always on the look out for new ideas. I love muffins but apart from Nigellas Welsh Rarebit muffins, savoury muffins that work are hard to find. Your feta & courgette are spot on & perfect for grabbing to eat when you’ve no time for breakfast, possibly followed by a cheeky extra Granola bar for a sweet finish. The cost of something like these with half the nutritional value & twice the calories, would cost a fortune at a coffee shop. Well done, Luke. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
The oat bars looked amazing. Plus, the muffins looked so tasty. Never put yoghurt in my porridge before. I usually use water then top with cream. Shall have to try that. Great ideas.
Great video Luke, there is nothing worse then getting up in a morning and pulling out loads of ingredients to make a breakfast or packed lunch. It drives me insane. The granola bars looked particularly delicious and of course the breakfast muffins,we do already have the overnights oats and my Granddaughter always has pancakes for breakfast, great ideas keep them coming Luke ,until the next time x
Great vlog Luke. If you can't get butter milk or you don't have it you can add a teaspoon of lemon juice to regular milk and this is the same as buttermilk. I am not sure if this would work with almond milk???
I like your video ht s good to watching your YouTube video ht s cool 😎 to watching your YouTube video I Luke I like your YouTube video for your cooking video from Nikki Thomson 😘 😘
I'm not much of a foodie, Luke, but it's fun to watch you cook. 🙂 One thing I would like to point out is that, I believe, chia seeds need to be soaked before using in order to get the full nutritional value from them. Otherwise, they just go right through you. 😉 Personally, I buy the milled or ground chia seeds for my smoothies. Saves time and then you are sure to get the full value of their goodness. 😀 ♥ Would love to have you cook for me, but since I am in Canada, it would be a bit too much of a commute! LOL
Hey Luke, well you've only gone and done it again. The video is amazing, I love the look of the granola bars and the muffins . Well done Luke I really love the cooking videos. You are my favourite to watch and Mr. Carrington is a close 2nd. Have a great week xxx ps hello to Zara xxx
Look good. Breakfast is the one thing I love and it is something depending on what you make you can eat anytime. Like the muffins I would have that for a light supper with a spot of tea.
nice do like the look of the muffins, i'd of probably put chives in them as i'm not fussed on courgette's …. ok so thats breakfast sorted… dinner next video i assume then evening tea …… you can do it… it'll be amazing … x
Love the Muffin recipe. Can you use Almond butter instead of Peanut butter for the bars? I'd like to see you make a black bean burger because I want to see your recipe.
Good morning, Luke!…well…it's morning here…7:35am😊 Fantastic presentation!!! Those look like great recipes. For me, I would substitute the peanut butter, in the granola bars, with Nutella. It's a hazelnut spread, and is delicious – I don't like peanut butter 😝 One thing that is really good, on the muffins, is poppy seeds. They have a fantastic nutty flavour. I'm just curious — why did you substitute the honey with maple syrup? Honey has wonderful health benefits, such as being loaded with antioxidants, is an antibacterial/antifungal, heals wounds – our doctor actually prescribes it for open wounds. It has been used since the ancient Egyptian times for that. It has anti-cancer benefits, immune-boosting benefits and helps with digestion. The maple syrup is fantastic tasting, too, and it has some of the same benefits as honey, so was just wondering the reason for the substitute. Great video!!! I'm always watching for your next one. Have a phenomenal day!!!!!
THANKYOU ounce again, you’re such an inspiration n such a positive person. I will be giving all these a go,but could I ask I’m not a lover of courgettes!!! What could I substitute for them !!! Xx💖xx
