I followed the recipe exactly, even taking into consideration some helpful tips from the comments but still, no luck. They would not flip properly, instead breaking into pieces and then mush. Would not make again. Be prepared for disappointment.

  4. I make those pancakes all the time. One egg to one medium/large banana. I use buckwheat flour instead of oat. I make waffles and blueberry pancakes. Cook slow and low for the pancakes or the centers will be mushy. I love these banana, egg, flour pancakes
