I like all your recipes. Just want to tell my opinion on something. The thing that you do with your wooden spoon or spatula (just shaking it over the food on the pan but not really stirring)whenever you stir any type of food is totally irritating. I would be okay if it is done once in the recipe. but every single time you stir you have this habit of simply moving the spoon side to side, it is distracting and waste of time. Sorry I had to say it. I love your recipes but tend to steer away from your videos just for this single reason. I think you are just making it like your signature move or something. But IMO your left hand thump ring does that already. Sorry again if I offended you.
