  1. I've made the banana walnut baked oatmeal recipe with all the ingredients in half except for the egg. I've put it in the oven for 35 minutes at 180c at multi hot air = (fan) symbol. I haven't tasted it yet

    edit: after tasting it i can say I'm not really a fan. it tastes fine but wouldn't make it again. the inside is also still very soft which makes it more of a porridge kinda thing

  2. A lot of comments are saying this is high calorie but most of them are around 200-400 if you have 3 meals a day all 400 calories that's 1200 calories which is the lowest recommended amount for weight loss.Not high calorie if you don't overeat them.

It can help you loose weight people are complaining at the first one come on guys its 240 cals per serving lets say it was even 300 thats still really good some of tell eat like 6 or 10 oreo cookies which is way more calories than this and not to mention this will keep you full and satisfied for longer one serving could be split into two servings thats a lot of food for a little amount of calories

  5. Unless if you were having 400 calorie breakfasts every day and have a high BMI, these recipes are not going to help you lose weight. There are way to many unnecessary ingredients that add a lot of calories but no amazing change to the flavor or texture of the oatmeal.
