  1. Im so glad to see you using brown rice, it is so much more healthy & nutritious than the white & also has more flavour & helps to keep you feeling fuller for longer. I do not understand why people bother with white rice when the brown is so much better. Unless people have an issue with digesting fibre theres no reason to eat white.
