  1. Go Andrea! It's so frustrating when ignorant foreigners and even Vietnamese people try to say our famous dishes are "a knockoff of XYZ's cuisine". They really try to say pho and bun rieu are French in origin!

  4. Everyone has that love for food that they grew up with. I'm 62 male and love to cook. I still cook some of my family favorites. I also modified some to be my own. I really enjoy eastern food.

  5. As a Vietnamese, I love her dish and her story about her journey and through the hardships of keeping the identity. My fav dishes are the Phở Bò (Beef Pho) as well as the Bò Lúc Lắc (Shaking Beef) and this Bò Kho. Wonderful video
