  1. This is such a great video and the whole world should watch! I love how straight to the point this is yet covers everything so well! I appreciate you not pushing a certain way of eating onto people but rather explaining a general way to be healthy that is timeless ❤️

  2. OMG why did I come across this video just now. I love it! I may not be the healthiest person but I do my best to eat healthy in ways I know how. After years of yoyo dieting, it caused me so much mental anguish that I finally had enough. Step by step I tried to figure out my own eating habits and which food I like. Created my weekly meal plan by creating meals with healthy ingredients I love (I'm glad I can cook) but I do give myself a takeaway dinner every saturday night lol I love sugar and chocolates, I substituted them with honey and dark chocolate instead (I make REAL iced green tea with honey and lemon and it's so addictingly delicious than store-bought drinks – you can use soda water or sparkling water if you're craving for that soda feeling!). I love instant ramen and I still do eat them (max once a week) but with actual healthy ingredients such as carrots, mushrooms, scallions, etc. I love eggs and I keep them healthy by mostly eating them boiled ( it helps to know how long to boil them according to the consistency you like. I like mine boiled for 6 mins so the yolk is still runny but sans the oil from frying it instead). I also substituted salt with quality low-salt soy sauce, it's tastier and more nutritious but around 50 percent less salt and now loyal to olive oil for cooking. These are just a few tricks I have learned through time. Now I only eat meat 3x a week (one meal for that day, cooked with veggies I love), alternating pork/beef with chicken every week and I'm still feeling happy and healthier. I seldom buy ready-cooked food and only in emergencies, but I do hate the taste of them..yuck. Be patient and kind to yourself. You're not in a race, take your time. These little choices you take slowly will eventually pay off =)

  3. For some reason it is sometimes difficult for others to understand that I feel Physiologically healthiest when I eat two or even one solid meal a day and running used to be fun times for of the us them too be off like queen dave or steve? and fifi be like that's not what i asked.

  4. This apple thing never works for me. When I am not hungry I don’t want an apple. When I am hungry I still don’t want an apple. Maybe it’s because I don’t really care for fruit. Maybe I need a different food 🤷🏾‍♀️

  5. What would happen if we ate mainly healthy food and then unhealthy food but in smaller amounds?

Because, even tho I like fruit and vegetables, whenever I try to eat healthy it doesn't bring me any happiness. Sometimes I basically feel tortured and forced to do so (Even tho I am the one who has decided to eat healhy) and other times I just feel numb :/
Yet again when I eat "unhealthy" food (chocolate, fries, chips, etc…) I am "happy" for a short period of time and them I feel extremly guilty…

  6. It's still surprise me just how a number of people have no idea about Okibetonic Secrets (just google search it) even though lots of people lost lots of weight using it. Thanks to my personal friend who told me about this. I have lost crazy amounts of weight.

  7. really makes you think about food companies doing some weird things for profits. wouldnt be suprised if these food companies were also selling exercise equipment and "diet foods".

  8. I find it so hard to eat better. It’s from one extreme to the other. I need to find the right healthy foods I enjoy cooking and eating.

  9. Wow, great video!!! I’ve been struggling to consistently eat healthy.. especially because I’m a picky eater and I’m so happy to have found your channel!

  10. My husband is a diabetic. It’s so hard to find sugar free that doesn’t have fake sweetener. If you use a small amount does it cause the same side effects and if you drink a lot of it? Ideas for diabetes.
