    1 tsp vanilla extract
    (little water to mix)

  6. What if you don't like some of the ingredients (like dates, coconut oil, cinnamon, and seet potatoes)? Are there other healthy ingredients to substitue these or would it be okay to leave them out? Are these ingredients something that I won't really taste when combined when I eat it? I just wondering

    6 medjool dates (add 2 tbsp water and blend)
    2 tbsp peanut butter
    3 tbsp chocolate protein powder
    2 tbsp cacao powder
    1 tsp vanilla extract
