  1. It would be really cool to understand if you changed anything in your diet to help with your pregnancy (or if you've had to give up anything as well as garlic because the baby doesn't like it).

  6. Please do a vegan meatloaf. Not sure if that is a Jamaican or British thing but it is an American thing. I don't eat it normally but would love to have a god recipw when I want meat. Oh yea, lentils please. Not soy 🤭

  7. Could you possibly do a special video on using brown rice ( both long and short grain )… And possibly talk about your experiences using other types also e.g. black, red or wild rice . Which one (s) in your opinion are the best, and why? I'm trying to come off cooking with white rice, and I've heard that these are the healthier option. Would appreciate if you could cover issues like whether it's best to soak before cooking and if so for how long. Tips for cooking it in regards to how much rice to water ratio. And how long to cook for? I've tried on more than one occasion to cook brown rice and every time it always took a lot longer to cook then what the instructions on the packet were. Then I found the rice itself tasted very bland and boring so I tried to do a pilau rice using the brown rice and it came out very stodgy. Also am trying to learn to cook with other grains other than rice for a possible gluten free option, so could you please do a video about cooking with ancient grains e.g. Kamut ,Quinoa, Amaranth, buckwheat, and others. Especially those that are the most nutrient dense. Thank you for all you are doing. Much P&L.xx.

  9. soya sauce stains really badly. With stains, wash immediately, whilst you're wearing it, use liquid soap of any sort eg washing-up liquid, best soap next best, and wash it pinched out. Worst stain is instant coffee (eg if you spill coffee made with it)
