Tried this today, turned out really good Alhumdulillah. Tasted like bakery wala roast but even better. I reduced the spice content a little as my kids don't eat very spicy food. Otherwise the way the recipe is explained is just perfect. Love this abt Meriam, she doesn't leave any thing unexplained.
