  4. I’ve been putting cauliflower in my smoothies for a couple years now. It’s good. I use that instead of banana to make it creamy & to cut the sugar. Plus the banana flavour is so strong, but using even know the cauliflower is in there. I like that this recipe only has a little amount of banana

  5. Wow! This is sooo good! Too good? lol I'm excited! I am also challenging myself to go through the day without Splenda. I use it WAY too much, in my coffee, Crystal Light and diet soda. 😬 So far so good, 1st cup of coffee with just 1 tsp of real sugar vs 2 packets of Splenda. Thank you for your recipes, can't wait to try more!!

  6. Thank you for this recipe. I LOVE the fact that there are two veggies in it. I was skeptical because of the cauliflower but I am glad that I was wrong. I had kale on hand and it still tastes great and I don't like kale.

  7. If you want your chocolate to be low calorie and good for weight loss add nothing but milk and chocolate whey and a bit of cocoa. Anything else adds unnecessary calories and compromises the flavor. You can get the micronutrients elsewhere. Drinking your calories will not help you with satiety anyway.

  8. If you have type O blood like me and tend to become allergic to every single plant protein powder, it's because you're really supposed to be having animal protein. I have had great luck with an unflavored organic beef broth protein powder recently by Left Coast Performance. Now I can finally enjoy frozen banana-carob protein smoothies! I feel fantastic on it. Even the splits in my nails that ran all the way down my nail bed have fused together and healed. Just putting out another option for those of us that don't feel well on plant-based proteins. ❤️.

  9. It's been proven that blending up fruit and vegetables in a shake will destroy the fibre, increase the sugars and therefore along with the protein, will actually help to increase weight, not lose it.

But I can't be too mad at the algorithm since I watched a video of a dog whining at the dog sitters earlier that was hilarious. Anyway thank you for this recipe. I was told I needed more protein in my diet and had been thinking that a smoothie that's also healthy would help.❤
