  4. Personally, I don't like gyms. They are so crowded and I can't do my workout there. I decided to take bodyweight training plan from NextLevelDiet. Training plan is great and I can do it from home. They also give you diet plan which supports your fitness goals.

  6. Thanks Erwann, for this video. I tried this 2 weeks ago. This is advisable especially for busy working people. For those who said the ingredients are expensive, you don't have to have everything in this video. I just had the basic ones and/or you can always improvise. This video just gave me an idea how to save time when cooking and not to worry about packing lunch for work everyday.

  7. Thanks for sharing. Actually I'm trying this now with what I have in my ref. I have carrots mushrooms bokchoy okra in the oven now while I'm frying my salmon. I have red quinoa as my base and sliced almonds. Will try this with my future mom-in-law and let's see I'm I'll still be accepted as part of the family 🤣😂😅 oh nooo its not you but it's me cause I'm not really a good cook but this looks so wonderful… So I know I will accepted … 😊☺️🥰
