  2. Maybe you guys can answer this… I struggle to find a frying pan that can cope with no-oil cooking. After a while they're destroyed…. any recommendations or tips?

  3. Looks very tasty I’ll have to try it one day,if i I have time. as I have so many delicious looking Vegan recipe vids like this saved. But I have to say I think it’s far better to use a small amount of Oil than a Teflon coated pan any day. I stopped using Teflon Pots & Pans 30 years ago. Also is not only bad for our health, but is poisoning the Earth from the factories that make it, to the disposal of broken, burned pots etc!.

  4. Hey guys! Thanks for the lovely recipes that you make. One question though, I've been looking at your counter in the back and noticed that you have loads of jars behind you😝, so what do you guys recommend for every vegan to always have / should have in their food pantry? Thanks!

  5. Gosh looks super yummy! I know everything in the book is amazing just curious if there are any no carb to low carb recipes in the book🤔🤪☺️

  6. That looks so yum, and that cheese sauce looks so simple and quick to make. Just an idea for when you have more time, you can mix miso with your cashew sauce and after a few days in the fridge it develops a more complex cheese flavour. Your recipes are always achievable, and the technique tips invaluable.

  7. I believe that soy sauce, “salsa de soya” is a very common ingredient in Mexican cooking, but not sure about Tamari. I would imagine there is a gluten free portion of the population there too? Hm?
