  1. Do you have any good substitutes for people that can't eat nuts or seeds? In terms of sauces for zucchini noodles or just in general adding more flavor and protein to fully raw vegan foods without using nuts or seeds?

  3. Ciao, thanks 4 u video. u talk in u video about Anthony William medical medium. What I read from Anthony is that in the morning the liver, body are detoxing and the best is to start with a glass of water with a fresh lemon 🍋 juice. Then after 20 min.. the celery juice and after 20 min…a smoothie o fruit . So the morning i think better Fett free. Also not dry fruit, black and green tea ( they are desidratating)… other alternative i think was glute Free oats….no Fett. We don't need so many protein, they are enough i read in the ☘️🌵 plans 😊

  6. Thanks for the post, you guys! Wow, those waffles are a great solution when traveling and staying at a hotel where they have those waffle makers and can bring your suggested dry ingredients in a pack! Traveling can be tricky but this makes it possible when passing through a vegan food desert!
