  1. All good but the fact that there is oil and frying in lots of it kills the idea for me . I still have to try nutritional yeast . Any gluten free and less oily ideas?

This looks good I'm going vegan and need to find easy recipes until I can get the hang of it and the chickpeas as genius I have never thought to do this before looks yummy and I can't wait to try it. Does any one have like a guide for new vegan beginners what to eat and what not? It would be helpful I am afraid and I don't want to mess up and make mistake by eating wrong thing

  5. I'd say this, keep the broth (aquafaba) from the chickpeas and store it in your fridge and use it to make the pancakes so you do not need flax, though it's a good, nutrition option too. I would also advise to steam your broccoli, you get more nutrition that way, just 10 mns in a pan with a bit of water with a basket or invest in a simple steamer, bamboo or electric or what, it will change your life, it's also great for reheating leftovers as it warms them up but keeps them intact/perfect!
    Personally I really dislike tofu and your recipe is great but I'd use tempeh instead.
    Great tips overall, especially for those lazy days or for beginners.
