  2. Only run if something is chasing you. Save your shins by walking up hill backwards! This quickly strengthens your entire core. When you walk backwards, your eyes only tell you where you've been — not where you're going. Your psychic functioning improves, as this exercise strengthens all your senses and their connections to your mind and body. Start out walking backwards on a quiet, asphalt road without much traffic and a gentle hill, if possible. You'll get better exercise in less time with no joint or shin pain. My wife and I do this holding hands so it's a primo couples exercise. You might give it a try!

  14. Honestly I wish I had a video like his every single day. I am vegan and follow an anti-inflammation diet. I'm allergic to Gluten & soy; I also avoid oil, sugar and processed food. I have struggled with lots of health issues + an eating disorder. You both have truly changed my life, and I wouldn't be where I am in my health journey without you. I love this 30 til 30 challenge. I actually started the 30 Days of Yoga by Adrienne challenge, and after this I plan on doing the workout you guys do and taking some dance classes( which is huge for my social anxiety). But you both have really changed my life and I dont know where I would be without you. My dream is to be a vegan blogged (veganlandchronicles). I just love you both so much and seriously, thank you for everything. Love you!
