  1. This is DELICIOUS. I was wary of the beans, as I dislike the consistency of beans,but they are so good. This whole recipe is out of this world. It’s going to be my go-to for potlucks. I just have to believe this will make converts to more healthy eating.

  2. I made this the other night. I made half of it as a loaf. For the second half, I tried just throwing the ingredients in a bowl and microwaving until hot and mixing the sauce in. The texture wasn't quite the same but the flavor was fine and it was a huge time-saver. 8 minutes instead of an hour. I used Sweet Baby Ray's sugar-free sauce – because I am trying to lose weight and that only has 15 calories per serving. (But it is higher in sodium, so there is a balance)

  3. I just made this recipe from the book, and may I say… WOW! I literally LOVED this so much! I hope it freezes well, I cooked the 2 pans full and am going to freeze one for later. Great job!!

I was plant based at one time but could never eat grains or legumes because I'm diabetic and so could not get enough protein as evidenced by my hair falling out and tooth decay (which grew back and stopped when I added back meat.) Naturally, now I have so much more vegetables in my diet but I'd like to know if anyone else suffers from this issue and how they solved it.

  6. I'm sorry to have to say but whenever I see your mom put her hands in the food, instead of using a utensil, I am sickened. I know your message is an important one but could you please stop using your hands in the food?

  7. This was tasty! I added an additional 1/2 cup of oatmeal based on comments. I also let the vegetables cook longer cause I used kale and it dried more then too. I also added 1/4 cup bbq sauce to the mixture.
