One thing baffles me; almost all the curries I've seen on YouTube have used the same spices such as; cumin, chili powder, coriander powder, fresh coriander, green chilis, turmeric, tomatoes , ginger-garlic paste, garlic and so on. Yet, they are all different names! I have followed every single recipe from A to z, none has ever tasted like a curry we have in the restaurants or get for takeaways. Don't get me wrong, they all taste good but never the taste and aroma of proper curries.
Tried this last Sunday when my ex boss was home for lunch.. It was easy to cook and tasted amazing. Thanks and keep sharing more of such receipes. God bless !
