  4. Doing a little research… Dr Toni Bark is a Homeopathic doctor, which mean she is a quack. Homeopathy stresses that dilution increases potency which has been scientifically proven incorrect (of course). "Dr." Popper is a naturopathic practitioner. Most Naturopaths do not attend medical school. Naturopathic doctors treat the "mind, body and spirit." It doesn't surprise me that she would attack men eating meat by bringing up ED. Now, I don't think eating meats makes one manly, but using coercive arguments which play on fears doesn't sit well with me. The sheer number of unqualified people in this video is astounding. Just proof you can't trust everything you watch. This also, and I stress, does not make them wrong.

  6. This is some bullshit. The animals we eat are NOT all vegetarian. WTF. Pigs, Chickens, Turkeys, Ducks, Geese, Lobsters, Crawdads, Carp, Bears, Pheasants, Quails, Raccoons, and Turtles are all omnivores. And these are the ones that taste the best imo. Additionally, we eat a lot of carnivores in the form of most fish, squid, octopus, clams, oysters, shrimp, mussels, sea urchins, snakes, alligators, scorpions, etc… The only animals we eat a lot of that ARE vegetarian are horses, camelids, locusts, crickets, cows, bison, sheep, goats, and rabbits. That said, some of these animals can become meat eaters temporarily in some circumstances, and one could argue that the grazers regularly eat insects on accident. This is probably why oats are given along with hay to them because the hay alone is not enough protein, while with grazing they would normally eat some insects and meet their needs. But hay is not insect friendly because it is very low moisture. So if you store it a while and there will be a few dead ones and the rest will have left the pile.

    Source: am a farmer and I've eaten a lot of different animals, and eating those animals is not weird because they taste good and are common to my area, ocean foods excepted which I ate at Japanese restaurants.

  8. For millennia there were millions of giant cows 3 times the size of beef cattle today wandering around the American plains. They were called buffalo. These cows had 3 times the food requirements of todays cows and they are considered to have been vital to prairie and environmental health, so how is it that cows today are an environmental disaster????

  9. I have been an 'at-home' vegan for several years now. I have been a full-time vegan since the stay-at-home order. I help by preventing future pandemics, having a healthy body, saving the planet, and being kind to animals.

  10. Your diet doesn't only impact YOU it impacts the planet which impacts all of us. Its not about skinny vs fat, or just health vs disease– that's all self-centered thinking. It's also about recognizing how you engage with, use, and change the global society and environment you are a part of whether you like it or not.

  11. I was successful with Keto but would like to move to plant based (100%). My question is what about round up ready glyphosate used on crops? Are the plants in the stores where we shop for food healthy? I don't think so. I feel the only good option is to grow your own food so you can control the herbicides used to grow them. Unfortunately, I do not have a private space in which to grow my own plants. I need to find an urban gardener. It's challenging to get decent food to eat.

You know….after ALL the health documentaries I've listened to-I've realized that God designed humanity with amazing complexity….& only the richest can have such an astonishing choice on "what" to eat. Choose wisely when you can, but when there is no choice available- say a prayer & rest assured.

  14. Go ketogenic (keto) Donโ€™t fear natural fats, stay away from carbs especially sugar, avoid processed foods like the plague, meat is good but only if youโ€™re physically active, chicken, fish, and eggs are thr greatest, and drink water!
    Nuff said.

  15. When I was 15 I ate my neighbor Susan. Ever since then I try to eat p-ssy every week. My blood pressure is perfect, my cholesterol is fine, my weight is ideal, and I feel great. That is the answer to a healthy being, eat more p-ssy.
