  1. I’m slowly transitioning, I’ll need to purchase a plant based protein soon. Could you do a video/ review on the ones you’ve tried? Also have you tried Blessed protein? I keep seeing fitness vloggers rave about it- but a lot of them are sponsored by the company so I’m iffy.

I don't think I could ever be 100% vegan, but the simple changes I have made like eating A LOT LESS meat, filling most of my plate up with veggies, and eating more bean/nut dips instead of putting cheese on everything, has really helped. I actually don't spend nearly as much on groceries anymore. I always get into arguments when ppl use "eating healthy is expensive" as an excuse bec of that πŸ˜‚

  4. hun u have to try the real authentic falafel sauce us here in the Middle East use and it's so good.. mix some runny tahini with lemon juice, garlic clove, salt and pepper.. thin it out with water.. so so good!!

  7. I’m all for plant based athletic women!! People think since we’re vegan that we’ll be sticks. Own it & be confident. Also, watch β€œcowspiracy” on Netflix, & I’m sure it’ll push you towards no dairy!!

  8. If you buy the Moringa powder please don’t do a full scoop of it bc too much of it is a laxative. It’s recommended to start with 1/2 teaspoon. Trust me unless u want to get cleaned out πŸ˜‚
