I love your recipes but here in my country Brazil we're so much used to cooking this meat of course using different seasoning sause but what I've got to say is that this kind of meat is hard to cook in this simple pan we use pressure cook around 20 to 30 minutes cooking to make it soft to eat. I've never cooked this way you're teaching before. I don't know if it's because the stove flame is not so big…has it something to do with the cooking time?

    A SMALL RECIPE IDEA, RED WINE, SOY SAUCE, BROWN SUGAR, GARLIC, ONION, – COOK THE RIBS IN A LITTLE OIL UNTIL BROWN – ADD THE SUPER MIX AND ALLOW TO COOK DOWN TIL BOTH MEAT AND SAUCE AND TENDER. DO WATER IF NECCESSARY , ENJOY WITH RICE, POTATOES, PITTA/ NAAN STYLE BREADS

I really enjoy watching your show and how you explain the details of cooking a traditional Korean dish. When there is a dish, I haven't cooked in a while, I know I can always rely on you.
