  1. I'll try this, but use my Yonanas machine to make the nice cream. I have the wide based vitamix, so I'm wondering if I should double the thin mint layer.

  3. Great recipe video Brittany @ The Jaroudi Family. You can get your omega fats from walnuts and it's better than omega oil supplements because you are eating the whole food and getting additional nutrients not just the omega fats. I get most of my omega fats from a mixture of seeds and nuts.

  4. I'll be doing the nice cream, the cookie bit and some berry and/or fruit nice creams like mango, peaches or strawberries. It's only because I'm not a big chocolate fan, but that's a good one for visitors for sure 🙂

  5. Rather than adding the liquid to the frozen bananas, you can let them sit on the counter for 5-7 minutes to thaw slightly. Then they will blend to a smooth purée easily.
