  3. Hi Gordon. I enjoy your shows. All except this. My grandparents all came from Italy. To this day I can't stand Italian food. Anything can be made into Italian food. How do you like my version of Italian food. Take a big wedge of Chocolate cake divide he layers. Set the top layer aside (you know the one with the icing)! Place the bottom layer on a plate. Top with extra chocolate frosting, ricotta cheese,and tomato sauce from a jar. Next. Take 20 cloves of garlic and put them through a garlic press. Place all 10 cloves and put them over the tomato sauce and ricotta cheese. Place the top layer of cake over the bottom layer. Melt 50 caramels and pour over the top layer of cake, along with chocolate?chips, coconut , parmesan cheese and evaporated milk. Place in refrigerator. Remove 15cminutea before serving. Top with more tomato sauce and garlic. Buon appetito. This is my recipe because I was forced to eat Italian food everyday by immigrants who had no education but thought they could be as good as anybody else. Pasta isn't even healthy. Just made from flour, water and eggs. They also think Olive oil is healthy. To me it looks like green slime
