  1. For the people who don't like sugar in the cornbread, I can tell you that 99% of the time you can safely just omit any or all of the sugar and the recipe will still be amazing. Sometimes by omitting it you need to add a little more cornmeal and a touch of baking powder to help give it lift…

I grew up with a passion for cooking and always wanted to share that love with the world. years later something called YouTube would exist and it would help people learn to cook for themselves and I was in love with the idea. then more years later people would chime in with their 30 minutes of YouTube cooking education to insult professional chefs and tell them they have no idea what they're doing and should kill themselves for even trying. human beings are so extremely toxic.
