    My FAV trend this year was coconut water. I started drinking this delicious nectar from the gods only for my local supermarket to increase the price by 25%? I've now moved to ginger beer!

  2. emmie i love you. So much good information. Its so true about intutive eating!!!! Its never been intended to eat highy proccessed food and practice intutive eating .It just doesnt make sense!!!! We are very intutive beings but with our natural whole foods we were meant to have. Emmie you speak what I've always felt!!!! Can you be my mentor ? I don't need to lose weight quiet the opposite but i resignate with you so much ! Can we touch base ?Could use a nutrition mentor with similar view points. : )

  4. Great video. As my wife says about intuitive eating, "Now we're paying people to tell us we can eat how we always knew we could eat?" For me it was intermittent fasting- that I heard, not that I did.

  5. Miss Emmie, Can you please list the article that explains the correlation between candy as a child and jail? I would like to send it to my ex-husbeast because when he gets the boys (every other weekend), he pretty much loads them up with snacks and candy and fast food.

  6. Excellent video. I rather eat a whole plants foods based diet so whole celery is more healthy than the juice and I don't follow health trends because it makes consumer's indecisive.
