  5. You forgot to mention the maple syrup in the video for the soba noodles recipe. I thought it seemed like it needed something sweet so I looked up the written recipe on your blog.

  6. Most buckwheat noodles are almost all wheat flour with buckwheat flour added. I like to buy the 100 percent buckwheat noodles. I can tell easily which ones they are because they cost twice as much. Those are the ones that are healthy. The other kind, not so much.

  7. I love how you use everyday ingredients that are easily accessible to most and don't really use any fancy or expensive ones. I get frustrated when some vegan youtubers make recipes that cost around 50 dollars just in ingredients for one dish.
