Such an unique and amazing snack to munch on anytime without worrying about weight gain. Truly its and amazing snack and what makes it more healthy is rolled oats from True Elements, a Clean Label Food Brand, which makes it more authentic and trustworthy. My current go to favorite snack. A definite must try!
Good pace, good delivery – please, less on the hardsell, and you would pick up a lot of useful information on presentation of these dishes from Pick Up Limes.
I like the recipe very much. What i dislike is that she is not telling the truth. She's not taking the almond milk because of "it adds a bit of extra proteins – like she says at 01:46 ", pretty much saying that it has more "bit extra" than normal milk. Well, cowmilk has about 3,4g/100g and almondmilk has just only 0,3g/100g. So cow milk adds 3times more Protein than Almondmilk. So either she's lying, which I don't think, but the question is, why would you make such a false statement? If you are vegan, be it. But don't bs us with wrong numbers. sincerely, the internets know-it-alls.
This seems like a tasty recipe and all, but there's some unhelpful nutrition comments that seem misleading/ill-informed.
Adding almond milk for "extra protein" first and foremost – extra protein compared to what? Water, sure. But compared to cows' milk it's got next to no protein.
Maple syrup – sugar is sugar at the end of the day, and it's important to remember that the vanilla extract also adds sugar.
Always with the anti sugar. Honey isn’t better than sugar… and better? Just not how it works. Also. This is so expensive considering it’s basically oats. Almond milk….
There is nothing "healthy" about this. And it is not full of energy. Try to go for a long run or bike ride after eating this breakfast and then tell me if there is "energy" in it.
Enough antinutrients for your liking? Lol jk but still
If that were fermented (just as easy), it would be healthier, taste so much better (richer, more complex), and would last longer. "Overnight oats" are missing out on a great opportunity…
Sorry, but this absolutely is NOT Bircher Müesli… and if you are going to call it that, at least find out how to pronounce it properly first. I make Bircher Müesli semi-regularly with no added sugar, it's really not needed as all the sweetness comes from the fruit. I really don't understand why you would put maple syrup or vanilla essence in this?
Maple syrup..bruh unhealthy thou
I think that's porridge! 🤔
Amazing recipe, I consume True Elements Muesli on a daily basis!

This is way healthier than all those multi disco colored cereal brands

I tried it and it's fantastic! Really bright notes that totally elevated my usual overnight oats fare. I substituted maple syrup with crushed banana
Hell with protein
Almond milk is nut juice and you know it
My blood sugar goes up after eating overnight oats:(
Yes that does sound delicious….
Eating anything from refrigerator is not good for body in long run..

For those of you not comfortable with the syrup just add honey.
There's essentially no protein in almond milk.

Protein in almond milk? Not enough worth mentioning.
do I need to wait overnight ?
