  1. Fibre is in a lot of carbs.. Its not difficult to get fibre in your food. But has to be good kind. It's more difficult to get vegetables in your diet, cuz fibre is easy to find in stuff we like to eat.
    Also, good carbs are okay but people don't need bad carbs like all the white bread or pasta… And people on low carb diets still get good carbs. It's not about being afraid of carbs, carbs are just not that necessary. You can actually get a lot more energy on low carb or the right kind of keto diets and has a lot of health benefits. I was feeling much better and fitter when I was doin healthy keto (lots of veggies, good fats and proteins) than now being back on carbs…
