I put that Butternut Squash on a foil lined sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, toss to coat, season with garlic powder, onion powder, roasted garlic salt, salt, pepper and roast in the oven at 400 degrees, for an hour, turn it over halfway through. I like crisp carmelized edges on mine. It’s sooooooo good. Tastes like roasted potatoes. I eat this 2-3 times a week. 😋
