  3. Thank you for this absolutely delicious recipe. I live in Australia and our food is kind of boring. I made this and it was the BEST sandwich I've ever had. I cannot describe how good it is. I make it all the time now. If I ever get a food truck/van this will definitely be on the menu. Y'all have such great food in USA. Mm the flavours go so well together especially the garlic butter my mouth is watering now.

  4. never mayo, never garlic butter….why do folks try to change a very simple recipe with their idea of what is a classic cheesesteak…..mayo? Are you kidding me…..get an Amoroso roll, forget the garlic butter, and the toasting of the roll, and add mushrooms…..they are not classic cheesesteaks….they may be as good as she intimates, but they are not authentic Philly cheesesteaks…..
