  1. I made these a few days ago and they turned out great! I think that not rolling the dough so thin, folding it twice while you roll (like puff pastry), and poking a fork in the top a few times helped the baking process. I tried a few with cheese and I was surprised at how much I liked it! Thanks for the recipe! 👍🏾

  5. IF you want a gelatin substitute for vegans / vegetarian get pectin, its a form of gelatin derived from apples. You can also use it for the beef patties as well, wont really effect the flavor. Im not a veggie person, just a tip for those that are

  6. Could also be made with curry chicken, jerk chicken, curry goat, curry shrimp, lobster, veggies, ackee, calalloo, spinach, soya, cheese, beef & cheese, chicken & cheese, broad bean, not-cheese

  7. I'm from southern California, we may have more latin food than Texas (see; sardony), a habanero will very happily ruin your entire day. A scotch bonnet is twice as hot (via Scoville scale). Beware……
