  1. Keto is so overwhelming and depressing. I don’t eat dairy, or pork but not eating fruits and things like bananas is something I simply can’t do. My muscles and calves kill me if I don’t eat bananas.

  2. I think much of this is good…but you might start to consider study your food a little more to avoid things like OXALATES or you guys might get a nasty surprise one day! One example is using almond flour which contains A LOT of oxalates! So to not get nasty surprises down the road and give KETO a bad reputation it does not deserve, use certain nuts and veggies in moderation and not every day! Study a little first! Use some organ meats and you do not need all those veggies anyway!!

  3. A tip from the pros is to buy lean grass fed meat, and add your fats with fats that are healthy. You don’t know what the animal has eaten throughout it’s life. Any toxins they might have consumed. Add the fat with oils and other keto friendly ways. Thomas delaeur has some awesome tips!

  4. Not a lot of good diet options here for a vegetarian like myself. Meat is gross – I don't know how people eat it. is it possible this is a diet conspiracy produced by the meat industry to increase consumption of meats due to the fact that there is a huge surge in people turning to veganism and vegetarianism… hmm…makes you wonder….

  5. Keto diet logic : no friuts allowed but you can eat 3.5 kg meat per day , she never mentioned how many calories you should take . I my opinion this diet its very dangerous and must be avoided . It justs has to do with "calories in – colories out"
