  7. So much Dairy… So much Cheese… Peanuts? Ew so inflammatory and low in Omega 3 compared to other Nuts… So much Carbs from the Canned Tomatoes and probably some Sugar from that Marinara sauce they prob bought from the store, SOOOOO much veggies, that's not even keto friendly, you gotta have vegetables on Keto but not THAT many… Almonds?! The skin has something that is bad so limit your intake… WTF all that Bacon boy those are BAD FATS, no bueno and make sure when you get anything like Butter or Cheese or any kind of Meats they're Cage Free, have No Anti Biotics, Are GRASS-Fed etc……………
