  1. Delicious! I tried it with Beyond Sausage since I’m vegetarian and it came out perfect. All your recipes and tips and tricks are the best.

Adding this to my LSF 2020 Goals Planner which I will use every day. Thank you Katie!

  2. I love to make plain chicken (or whatever protein) and plain potatoes (or whatever starch), and then season accordingly as I have them throughout the week. This way, I can make tacos or burrito bowls, or whatever else I’m in the mood for! I’m a vegetarian, but this works perfectly for my husband so his meals are healthy and mostly prepared, but I can then make it to his liking! Or whatever he’s in the mood for!

  3. You guys are so cute!!! This looks so simple and fast! Love it! I'm going to try and make this tonight with the ingredients that I have at home!! I have chicken instead of the sausage which I think I will use. I am also going to use cauliflower rice as my base. YUM! PS Love the cute Love Sweat Fitness pink crop sweater! Looks so good with your skin @lovesweatfitness! – @_saragetsfit_lsf

  4. I love meal prepping on my day off from work. (Not always on a weekend as I am a nurse and work shift work). I make lots of spinach omelets for meal prep. Yummy! annaliesa_lsf

  5. Love it!! My go to meal prepping tip is to dedicate a few hours Sunday evening making food for the week ahead. I feel like it helps me feel more prepared for the week ahead! @cheryl.moves

  6. For someone whos super into health. Im surprised you use a microwave. They literally kill the food and put off radiation. The recipe looks good tho. I will be making this minus the microwaved rice.

  7. This looks so good! I'll just need to sub some veggies since I don't like tomatoes. My go to meal prepping tip is cooking chicken in the crock pot and then shredding it so I'll have cooked chicken on hand that I can mix into so many dishes or snacks. @laura_lsf15

  8. This recipe looks so good and I love how easy it is! I'm so bad about dirtying so many dishes I love that it's one pan! I cant wait to try this during the lsf sleigh challenge! I love new recipes ❤

  9. Yum! That looks so good and easy. I love the idea of adding lemon and herbs. My go to meal prepping tip is to have lots of containers! I bought some meal prep containers on amazon and it was a game changer. Instead of having to dig through and find Tupperware in my cupboard every time! -@margo_lsf

  10. What vegetarian option would you use to replace the chicken sausage? Also, my husband would greatly appreciate this bc our kitchen is usually a mess after I meal prep for the week.

As for my go to meal prepping tip I make multiples of a few meal. That way it’s less I have to make but I’m still set for the week.
