  2. I love to make plain chicken (or whatever protein) and plain potatoes (or whatever starch), and then season accordingly as I have them throughout the week. This way, I can make tacos or burrito bowls, or whatever else I’m in the mood for! I’m a vegetarian, but this works perfectly for my husband so his meals are healthy and mostly prepared, but I can then make it to his liking! Or whatever he’s in the mood for!

  9. Yum! That looks so good and easy. I love the idea of adding lemon and herbs. My go to meal prepping tip is to have lots of containers! I bought some meal prep containers on amazon and it was a game changer. Instead of having to dig through and find Tupperware in my cupboard every time! -@margo_lsf

  10. What vegetarian option would you use to replace the chicken sausage? Also, my husband would greatly appreciate this bc our kitchen is usually a mess after I meal prep for the week.

    As for my go to meal prepping tip I make multiples of a few meal. That way it’s less I have to make but I’m still set for the week.
