  3. I've always wanted to meal prep, but I like variety. I love how you prep ingredients rather than meals. My question for meal prepping has always been the shelf life (or fridge life 🙂 ) of ingredients. Do you have a resource or advice? For example, I've always been taught to eat poultry within 2-3 days, but some meal preppers eat on poultry the entire week. That makes me nervous. Other questions I always have had with meal prepping is how do you know which ingredients you should store in water versus a wet paper towel, etc. Thanks!

  5. Was so glad to find recipes where the produce was in season. I made the shrimp with wild rice & asparagus.
    I couldn't find the right wild rice at the store, so I bought some Simple Truth brown rice quinoa, it was incredible!÷÷
    Ive never made asparagus that good before in my life!
    The blueberry puree with the Cashew milk chia seed pudding was incredible too!!

More fiber and less fat, with balanced protein to keep my energies up on my way back to normal, lots of veggies with enhanced flavour.

  8. Hi!!! New subscriber here or new watcher. I am a widow & live by myself in southern Alabama. Daughter & her husband live in San Jose CA. I am very interested in cooking & meal prep for One Person!!! Pre-pandemic, a group of our friends would get together once or twice a week for potluck or dinner out. Since pandemic, it’s been rough being widowed. I am very thankful for your channel. ♥️♥️♥️
