  3. i like organic probiotic yogurt (from Sprouts)with chia seeds, raspberries and dark chocolate , a little stevia since the plain yogurt can be sour. Bonus, I reuse the jar from the yogurt to store nuts, pasta etc. 🙂 Thanks for the kale chip recipe because I always burn them.

  6. 🍪Chickpea cookie dough🍪
    (brilliant alternative to a sweet craving)

    1 can of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
    2-3 tablespoons of almond milk
    1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    2 tablespoons of honey (or not)
    1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
    Pinch of salt

    Smash the chickpeas, add the almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract. The consistency you want is like cookie dough so add the almond milk as much or little as you want. Then add the chocolate chips! Place in the fridge for about 2 hours and voila ✨😍
