Marian, my friend told me about your show. I love Thai, Asian food. So happy to have you teach us how to cook these delicious authentic dishes. Thank youπππ
I made the chicken version today for the family & they absolutely loved it! I cooked it without tasting for seasoning as i was fasting, & yet it came out perfect. You're a star ππ
OMG! I just cooked this for the family and it was EPIC! Everyone loved it! Only thing I added was dark soy sauce for that darker, rich colour. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe! Definitely a favourite!!! πππΌ
I made this last night and omg…It was delicious. The beef was incredibly tender. I paired with fried rice and pork fried wontons π. Will definitely be a go to recipe!
Your written ingredients lists 3 Tbs. of Corn Flour in the Marinade … But your film instruction shows little or no flour in it at all? 3 Tbs. of cornflour makes it a floury paste?
I'm a new subscriber of this channel and my goodness…. I love EVERYTHING Marion cooks! I dont eat beef, can I use Lamb instead and if so which part of the lamb do I ask for? Thank you so much Marion for doing this channel and sharing your ideas!
Hey Marion, great recipe but just real quick. The written recipe on your website mentions the ginger in the ingredients but not the method section. π
Well, this did not taste like my local Mongolian beef takeout. However, it was so tender and good. I made it a little too spicy by adding two Thai birds eye chili peppers. I couldnβt stop eating it.

What can I replace Chinese wine with? Or can I just simply skip it?
Everybody: when you cook with wine, the alcohol cooks off, completely disappearing. It is no longer alcoholic. It's just flavor and sugars.
This looks really amazing!! But what can I use instead of the Chinese wine??!! because in my culture itβs forbidden to use/drink alcohol
Marion can you teach us how to make the Batts ribs soup πππππ cause in the market no
