  1. Why is everyone so basic in these comments? The large plate is so that it can be a canvas for creativity. The small portion is because we SHOULD be eating small amounts of food anyway… especially desserts.

    If you want an uninspiring presentation and diabetic quantities go to a Chili’s or something.
