    what kind of polenta do you use, i have bob's red mill organic polenta and the directions say 2cups polenta to 6cups water and cook 30 minutes (i made some yesterday) and yours used a 1:2 ratio instead of 1:3 like bob's and cooked so much faster. i made my husband man the whisk to stir as i cooked everything else but less time is always good (i made 12 cups as i freeze some and have leftovers to use with different stuff for the week, had my son over tonight and it's almost gone. lol).

  2. GF – Gluten Free. For a sec, I thought Janet or Maddie were saying they also have a GirlFriend. Lmao. I mean it would explain a lot. 😂😂 Janet doesn't wear that many bright colors. Sweater is real nice.
