  2. I've worked as a butcher for years and have yet to try these! They are a bit high priced where I work, but I'm gonna give it a go on my next payday now that I'm working a better job and can afford them! Still working as a butcher part time so I still get first dibs at quality and best prices! Great vid and this recipe looks awesome! Everyone else I know says to just fry it in a skillet, but I think it needs more than just a skillet and S&P!

  3. I just made these for my Family—damn!!! That was INSANE! I brined a whole 9lb Kurobuta pork belly overnight before following your recipe. The brining added flavor & moisture and made them pretty much keep the size of the cubes throughout the cook. I cut them in half after saucing and made slider sandwiches that were 💥🔥🤯! I will try this again and cut them at actual one-inch cubes next time. Kudos to you, Sir!! Bonkers!

    I've had those before.
    A friend of mine smoked them over night, cubed them, cooked them pretty much just like that.
    I was in BBQ bacon heaven. It blew my mind. It was the best BBQ experience I've ever had.
    If you love bacon, this is bacon on crack. Bacon is a bicycle and this is its Lamborghini cousin. I'm not joking, this isn't just a notch above bacon, it's like 8 times better than bacon….
    This guy uses hot sauce and I'm not into that but I'd just not use hot sauce but everything else sounds good.

  7. I made these yesterday.
    I started them at 2:00 in the afternoon and they didn't finish cooking till 7:00 at night?
    Dont know why they took so long? Maybe my Bull Bison charcoal grill didn't keep the heat like a smoker does.
    The temp was at 250 every time I checked it.
    Once they finished they were great!!
