  2. This look delicious!! I definitely want to try this recipe. Would it be ok to use a standard 12 cup cupcake tin instead of the individual serving brownie pan? Lord knows the novelty baking items pile up in the kitchen rather quickly.

  8. They look so good and it's true what you said about the coconut sugar not being so sweet, that's what I use for my coffee and it tastes just perfect.

  9. Hi Beth! If I would like to keep using regular eggs instead of apple sauce…how many should I use? Also, can I use any flavourless oil? My mum's diabetic so i would like to try it out as this recipe uses coconut sugar..but not keen on using apple sauce or banana because of its not as diabetic friendly😁
